since March 1, 2022  there will be several changes in Aliexpress RU&CIS affiliate program:
- сommission for non-affiliate goods will be reduced to 0% for Russian and foreign stores.
- commission for orders with delivery outside CIS will vary from 0.4% to 36%

Terms and conditions for the program Aliexpress RU&CIS

Webmaster Fee:

• Affiliate products are products of stores that participate in the AliExpress affiliate program. Merchandise commissions are based on AliExpress merchant rates.
• Non-affiliate items are products of stores that do not participate in the AliExpress affiliate program.

The waiting time for commission on non-affiliate orders is up to 90 days after confirming receipt of the item on AliExpress.

The "Rewards" tool helps you to know whether an item is affiliate or non-affiliate.

• Goods from non-affiliate stores without a commission are those stores that do not pay commission on purchases from AliExpress. The list is dynamic and can be adjusted.

Priority pages on AliExpress by attribution:

• Personal Hotlsale product page> Personal regular product page> Category/action page, etc> best.aliexpress.com
• The attribution of links to personal product pages on AliExpress is higher than to any other AliExpress pages. Example: a customer clicks on webmaster 1 link which leads to the product. Then he goes to webmaster 2's affiliate link which leads to best.aliexpress.com, for example. Result: the order will be credited to webmaster 1.
• Attribution to Russian stores. In order for a product from the Russian store to be counted, the buyer must go to your affiliate link which leads directly to this product or to any page of this particular Russian store, and place an order there. List of Russian affiliate stores on AliExpress.
• Hotsale attribution. To get a higher percentage on Hotsale items, the user must go through your affiliate link that leads directly to that product and place an order. If, for example, the user follows the affiliate link that leads to the home page of AliExpress, and then buys Hotsale goods, then the standard commission will be charged.

Please Note!

• If an affiliate link leads to an item on a page that is not available or to an item from a store that does not participate in the affiliate program, then AliExpress may automatically redirect the link to a similar item from a merchant that participates in the AliExpress affiliate program.
• When creating affiliate links on AliExpress, use only direct links such as https://www.aliexpress.com, etc. If you use the http://s.click.aliexpress.com format link, the commission may not be counted.
• On the side of AliExpress the amount of commission is always "cut down", i.e. fractions of a cent are already lost at this stage. This is especially noticeable in orders with small amounts. As a result, an error of 1-2 cents in this situation is normal. This is a result of rounding at different stages of money movement.
• AliExpress can reject orders on its side if the buyer has applied one of the AliExpress coupons (Special Coupon, Seller's Coupon, New Buyer's Coupon, etc.) or coins when placing the order.
• If the buyer uses the plug-in "Assistant to AliExpress - online shopping," then the order can be overridden, and therefore will not be charged commission.
• Order numbers in the personal account of the buyer of AliExpress and statistics may be different.
• No commission will be charged for items with express delivery from the "Got it!" section of the AliExpress mobile app.
• Commissions are charged on the value of items excluding shipping costs. Standard commission is no more than $50 per order. If you open a dispute on the order, the commission amount will be deducted from your balance.

Please carefully read the terms of cooperation of partners with AliExpress Russia and adhere to these recommendations, which apply to webmasters with traffic from CIS countries. In case of violation of the recommendations, the advertiser has the right to unilaterally refuse to cooperate with the partner.
